Cancellation policy

  • HappyBakers may cancel your order is your product(s) is not available or we deemed unfitting (condition) to send to you. You are entitled for refund at the price you have paid during checkout.
  • Order(s) cannot be cancelled once it is ready for shipping
  • Items purchased via Shopping credits are not allowed to cancel or request for refund
  • Please note that HappyBakers reserves the final right to decide on the acceptance or declination of your request

Return and refund policy

  • All refund cases may take up to 14 working days to process.
  • The refund period will be dependent on your bank to process the refund.
  • Disputes on refund amount after 7 working days will not be entertained.
  • Refunds will be made at our sole discretion and will only be processed upon our review and successful verification of proof.
  • Refund status will be provided to you via email as soon as possible.

Damaged goods upon arrival

  • HappyBakers reserve the rights to request from you proof of damaged, substandard or missing items in photograph. The requested proof must be provided to us within twenty-four (24) hours from the date of delivery for refunds to be considered.

Change of mind

  • Request to return or exchange for an item will be evaluated on a case-to-case basis.
  • In the event of such cases, you would have to inform us within 3 days of receiving the item. Any return or exchange request after 3 days period will not be entertained
  • An image of the item in its original condition and packaging has to be sent to us for verification and approval
  • Items returned due to change of mind has to be in its original condition and packaging
  • You will have to bear the cost of the return shipping fee
  • Upon receiving the item, HappyBakers will check the item. Once the condition has been confirmed, HappyBakers will notify you to proceed for a refund or exchange for a different item.

  • In case the value of the exchange item is higher or lower than the amount of the product you paid for, HappyBakers will reach out to you the on the refund process. Additional fees incurred (if any) by the refund process shall be borne by you.
