Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 working days depending on your location in Malaysia and the courier’s schedule. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on its way.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We’ll do our best to make the change before your order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, we won’t be able to update the address.

For future orders, you can update your address anytime by logging into your account and editing your Shipping Address under the My Account section.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Most of our deliveries are handled by EasyParcel or Ninja Van, so you can also track your parcel directly through:
