Welcome to HappyBakers.my, operated by Red Hippo Sdn Bhd and owned under the brand Happy Bakers (Registration No. 202201046818 [1492515-K]). We are a company registered in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and in-store services. By shopping with us online or in-store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Us

Happy Bakers is a baking supply retailer operating both online and at our physical store located at:

32G, Petaling Utama Avenue, Jalan PJS 1/50, 46150 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

We offer a variety of baking tools, packaging, and edible decorations for hobbyists, professionals, and businesses.

2. Ordering and Payment

• Orders can be placed through our website or purchased in-store.

• In-store pickup is available for online orders placed before 4PM on the same day. Pickup hours are 10AM – 4PM.

• All online orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept credit/debit cards, FPX, and eWallets.

• Walk-in customers may pay in-store using eWallets or other accepted methods.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship throughout Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak (different rates apply).

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Standard shipping is weight-based and handled by Ninja Van or EasyParcel.

• Express delivery via Lalamove or Grab is available on request. Please contact us directly for this option.

4. Returns and Exchanges

• We do not accept returns unless the item received is wrong or damaged.

• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with supporting photos.

• Edible items are strictly non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

• If a purchased item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a replacement or refund.

5. In-Store Pickup Policy

• Items for in-store pickup will be ready the same day if ordered before 4PM.

• Please collect your order during business hours (10AM – 4PM).

• Orders not collected after a reasonable period may be restocked or refunded at our discretion.

6. Product Information

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and photos are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that product details are error-free, complete, or up to date at all times.

7. Promotions and Loyalty Program

• Promotions are available online and in-store.

• A loyalty program is in development and will be announced soon.

• Discount codes may not be combined unless stated.

8. Packaging and Handling

All orders are packed with care. Fragile items are bubble-wrapped and clearly marked to minimize risk during transit.

9. Privacy and Data Use

We value your privacy. Your personal data is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use analytics and marketing tools (such as Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics) to improve your experience.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to product images, graphics, logos, text, and design, is the property of Happy Bakers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

“Happy Bakers” is a trademark property, and any use of our name, brand, logo, or likeness without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution by any third party may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

Happy Bakers is not responsible for:

• Delays in delivery caused by courier services

• Items lost due to incorrect address entry by the customer

• Incompatibility or misuse of products purchased
